Tres Chic 

A strong reader response to an earlier Mini-Poll about shopping sent MayorSlay.com scurrying off to find somebody who knew a little something about fashion. Instead, we met up with droll Jerry Talamantes — pro shopper, fashionista, historian, and urban commentator — who knows everything about image, style, and why your accessories say as much about you as where you went to high school.
