You would expect the publisher of the various neighborhood Greensheets, the City’s most colorful publications, to be buried in paperwork. But, not so for multitasking entrepreneur Brian McGowan.
In addition to his newspapers, McGowan runs a downtown messenger service, delivers take-out meals to hungry loft dwellers, house/dog/car sits, and shuttles eager fans from Washington Avenue’s hottest pre-partying places to Busch Stadium — and back again.
McGowan’s favorite sound is shared by many St. Louisans — and hated by most Cubs’ fans.
Listen to the yelling, clapping, and fireworks, and you’ll agree — St. Louis really has the best fans in baseball.
