To close Lenore K. Sullivan, from Washington to Poplar from 7/3/2012 6am to 7/8/2012 noon;
To close N. bound memorial from Washington to Poplar 9am 7/3/2012 to 7/8/2012 9 am;
To close Walnut from South Memorial to North Memorial; Market from South Memorial to North Memorial; Chestnut from S. Memorial to N. Memorial; Pine from 4th to S. Memorial 7/4/2012 9am to 7/8/2012 9am;
To close Market from 4th to S. Memorial; Chestnut from 4th to S. Memorial; Pine from 4th to S. Memorial from 7/4/2012 4am to 7/8/2012 2am
