Official Notice of Col. Epsten's Passing

From the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners:

Last night, former Police Commissioner Todd Epsten lost his battle with cancer. Colonel Epsten served on the Board of Police Commissioners from February of 2008 to May of 2010. Colonel Epsten passed away, at his home, surrounded by his family.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:

A funeral service will be held at Central Reform Congregation, 5020 Waterman Boulevard at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 28, 2012.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Forest Park Forever, Judith & Dennis Jones Visitor and Education Center, 5595 Grand Drive in Forest Park, St. Louis, MO 63112.
