World Leadership Awards

Mayor Francis Slay and St. Louis planning director Rollin Stanley are in London today to attend the World Leadership Forum’s 2007 World Leadership Awards.
St. Louis, which won a World Leadership Award last year in the category of Urban Renewal, is a finalist this year in the category of Housing.
Winners will be announced tonight.
