Moving Bug

I love my neighborhood, but — like many St. Louisans — I get the "moving bug" from time to time. (To be perfectly accurate: sometimes I get it, sometimes my wife does.) Those occasions give us a perfect opportunity to look around at some of the other great neighborhoods in the City.

We have lived in the same house for years. We’ve raised two kids and a pack of dogs in it. It’s close to my parents’ house, our friends, great restaurants, and a really good dry cleaner.

But, with the kids grown and in college now, I can’t help thinking that it’s a good time to see what else is out there.

A two-family? New construction? A loft? A townhouse? A high-rise? Something smaller? Something without stairs? More room for a dog run or a larger garden?

I’ve just got the bug. (And I’ve got a realtor, so DO NOT call me. Really.)
