Power House Building Under Contract

Cannon Design has the Power House Building at 11th and Clark Streets under contract from owner Dave Jump. The Power House Building, formerly the City’s municipal transformer house, has been vacant for several decades. Cannon plans to move the firm’s offices to the Power House location from the One City Center building. Cannon execs expect that constructing the new offices in such a difficult landmark structure will serve as a showcase of the firm’s design and construction management talents. (The move will also set the stage for Pyramid’s John Steffen to attract a major tenant for the top floors of One City Center.)
